Kiran is the CTO at HUEX Labs. HUEX Labs builds products using a combination of commercial-grade speech recognition technologies and natural language processing, we have created a voice assistant that can handle customer service-related tasks for on-prem commercial use. As a result, retailers and fast-food restaurants can have a “digital employee” to help combat the extensional labor crisis they face, improve productivity, and reduce labor cost, while maximizing upsell opportunities. Although our current focus is on QSR drive-thru space, we see our algorithm and solution have applicability across any brick-n-mortar location.
Kiran has worked at Bank of America for over 17years (full time & contract) and the last 4 years of those as Vice President of Architecture, Conversational Commerce AI group. Kiran has built enterprise software that is in the hands of millions of end users and has a deep understanding of Customer Experience Design technology. He is very passionate about Conversational AI bringing new services to the customers. Kiran is a Voice AI enthusiast and volunteers with Open Voice Network which is a Linux Foundation standards body for building Voice Interoperability initiative to make Voice more accessible services across ecosystems. Kiran has been on conference panels educating the world about the impact of Conversational AI and how it is helping businesses achieve higher ROI and customer satisfaction. He is also a contributor to many of the Voice AI forums and blogs. Kiran leads the Technology Strategy and Product Roadmap at HUEX Labs for building more industry agnostic Voice AI solutions.
