When and where is the conference?

Analytics Frontiers is on April 3rd from 8:30am – 5:45pm. Registration begins at 7:30am. The conference is at the Hilton Charlotte Uptown at 222 E 3rd St, Charlotte, NC 28202.

What is the cost of the conference?

The standard ticket cost for AFC is $449. Special discounts apply to UNC Charlotte faculty and staff. Purchase your tickets today!

What is the dress code?

Please prepare to arrive in business or business casual attire.

Where can I park?

Parking is not included in your conference ticket, but spots are available at the hotel on a first come, first serve basis. There are two entrances, either on 3rd street or MLK Blvd.  The cost is $3 for every 20 minutes, up to $28/day at the maximum. We encourage you to take the light rail and get off on the Convention Center/3rd Street stop, as spots at the hotel are limited.  

Is the conference being held in-person or virtually?

We are happy to be hosting this year’s conference entirely in-person! There will not be a live stream option.

I am a sponsor, can I ship my materials to the hotel ahead of time?

Your materials should not arrive at the hotel any earlier than April 1, two days before the conference. Any packages that arrive before April 1 will incur a storage charge of $25 per box. Materials can be shipped to:

Where can I stay the night before the conference?

You are welcome to book a room at the Hilton (the conference venue) or any of the other nearby hotels, such as The Westin or JW Marriott.

What meals are included?

We will serve breakfast, lunch, hors d’oeuvres, and beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) at the evening networking reception.
