Parking

There are multiple parking locations available. A map of all the options can be found here. The closest and most convenient parking garages are at the Westin or NASCAR Hall of Fame.

Attendees may also choose to take the Lynx Blue Line light rail, as the “3rd Street/Convention Center” stop will bring you right to the conference! We encourage people to take advantage of this convenience.

Shipping

Any exhibitors who wish to ship their materials directly to the Convention Center before the day of the conference can easily do so! The Convention Center has a UPS office on site. Details can be found here.

hotel accomodations

Conference attendees can choose from any of the hotels in Uptown Charlotte, but the Westin is the closest to the Convention Center. The Westin is offering a group rate of $249/night. This applies to Monday, April 15 – Wednesday, April 17th. The last day to book at this rate is Monday, March 25, 2024.

Floor Plan

We encourage you to review the floor plan of where the Analytics Frontiers Conference will take place within the Convention Center. There will also be plenty of signage directing attendees throughout the building.
