Aish started at MetLife, Charlotte as a Data Scientist II in 2015 as a fresh MBA graduate with a concentration in Business Analytics from UNCC. She brings in knowledge of solving advanced analytical problems and adding value to the business from UNCC, where she had a chance to work with several businesses in and around Charlotte to deliver data driven solutions as part of her MBA program. In addition to her MBA degree, she also holds a Graduate Certificate in Data Science and Business Analytics from UNCC and a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from India.
At MetLife, Aish successfully led predictive modeling, and business analytics projects across MetLife Retail including Cross sell model for the MPCG customers, managing the digital end of marketing data, pricing and brand analysis for Term Insurance and guiding optimal Marketing touch point strategies. Aish is continuing leading efforts to support analytics projects across all lines of business along with leading support to Marketing for Brighthouse Financial Brand launch.
Prior to joining UNCC, Aish was a Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, working for The Home Depot where she was responsible for developing Data Access Objects through Green Apps architecture for several applications.
