Manager, Product and Services Support Center
Bradley is the manager of Products and Services Customer Support at Duke Energy. He previously managed the Business Customer Behavioral Programs at Duke Energy. In that capacity he was responsible for developing and implementing new behavioral based programs and strategies to decrease energy consumption within business markets. He was also responsible for Smart Energy in Offices, a behavioral based energy reduction program that is currently comprised of 170 commercial office buildings. He serves as Duke Energy’s representative on the Energy and Measurement committees for Envision Charlotte. Bradley holds an MBA and is a Certified Energy Manager and a Certified Demand Side Manager.
