Phil West

Phil West is a life-long North Carolina resident, who has held various technical positions in the commercial application development, systems and network management, and product development areas of technology. In his tenure with Microsoft, he is focused on the use of technology to collect and visualize data in a meaningful manner. The Internet-of-Things initiatives are one avenue that we use to help our public sector customers measure and respond to the needs of our citizens, patients, soldiers and students.
