Rick N. Myskey is a Program/Portfolio Manager at the U.S. Army Geospatial Center, Alexandria, Virginia within the Systems Applications and Integration (GSA) branch, Systems & Acquisition Support Directorate (SASD). Mr. Myskey is responsible for driving technical and business innovations by visioning and prototype development of new projects within DoD. He has personally envisioned, researched, written, and produced proposals for 9 large highly advanced technical digital transformational concept prototypes for DoD clients in the past 5 years.

• Initiated and led internal digital transformation in support of joint warfighters for DoD

• Initiated and led a $1.5M+ digital transformation – technology prototype development for addressing Global Water Security as open source anticipatory analytics for future conflict via Rapid Integrated Strategic Assessment (RISA) project.

• Provided direct support to Office of the Secretary of Defense/Strategic Capabilities Office (SCO) development of a digital transformation in Command and Control of the Information Environment (C2IE) Big Data analytics $90M program capability Lead and supported the concept development, technical proposal submission, and technical AI/Machine Learning prototype development for a $500K+ Public Health Informatics social media analytic disease detection capability, PHI-MATICs.
